We are currently looking for an excellent search consultant to join us. Quarsh are a creative recruitment business. We have an established set of values and a code of ethics that enabled us to receive B-Corp certification. We are different from most recruitment businesses. We have a range of service offering, the largest of which is Recruitment Process Outsourcing. We have a growing list of long-term clients who benefit from our expertise, our commitment, and our processes in terms of reduced cost and time to hire across a wide range of posts. We also have complimentary practices that offered expert services both to our RPO clients and to their own clients. These practices include HR and Retention Consultancy, Training and Executive Search.
Our Executive Search practice is small but highly experienced. It represents an additional source of revenue and a service that can have a relatively short sales cycle and an option for firms who aren’t interested in RPO. We service both our own client-base and our RPO clients, but we need to hire at least one and possibly two new search consultants.
You must be an experienced consultant with a track record of winning and delivering on search assignments; but if you feel that you are well matched with your current firm’s ethos and practice, then we suggest that you stay where you are. If, however, your current environment seems overly stuffy, or macho, or focused on internal competition, and importantly, you don’t like that, then maybe we can offer you an alternative view.
We work as a team within a team. We communicate regularly, offer support to our colleagues, and regularly pick up assignments from them, but we also have our own clients who keep the wheel turning. We would like you to do the same – to contribute assignments from your clients and also be available to fulfil assignments that come from our “house clients” – RPO and HR Consulting clients. There is no pressure quite like delivering a search for a Recruitment Business Partner who is both your colleague and chief advocate.
You may well be a specialist in a particular sector or indeed a particular function, and we would encourage you to keep winning you own assignments, but we will also need you to be a generalist ready to recruit into the leadership team of one of our clients. Our work is varied and is often international, although it will also include some SME clients for whom search is a new experience but whose business will be transformed when you recruit that new Director of Technology, or Marketing, or Engineering or HR.
We are very demanding in terms of delivery and customer service. That is why we can boast delivery success in excess of 95%. We care, we do the job properly and we deliver just about every time. It’s all about recruiting better and that is why our clients keep coming back, and that is as true for our search practice as it is for our RPO operations.
We have been working from home for many years and we place the trust our delivery team. That enables us to continue working effectively. We meet up as a group once a month, but otherwise we use technology to keep in touch with each other. When I said we are a team, in truth, we are almost a family.
