Our audit tool has been designed to allow you to self-assess your organisation's recruitment function and performance. By answering a variety of questions via a simple scoring system, you'll be able to see where your company's recruitment processes are performing well. You'll also be able to see where your processes will benefit from some improvements to ensure your recruitment function runs smoothly and efficiently.

How does the scoring system work?
For each question, you'll need to rank your recruitment function on a scale from 0 to 10, with 0 being not applicable to your business; 1 being you have something in place, but it's the bare minimum; through to 10 where the system or process is in place and works perfectly. You'd score 5 if you have a system or process in place that's doing it's job, but where there's definitely room for improvement.
Each question also has some example questions which will get you thinking about how your recruitment function is performing.
