About the role

We’re looking for an RBP to be based in Hammersmith 4 days a week and Sutton Coldfield 1 day a week.

You’ll be working on clinical and corporate roles from entry to board level and it’ll all be done with support from HR within the business, as well as your colleagues at Quarsh.

If you’ve only spent time sourcing or dealing with hiring managers, this isn’t the right role for you.

This is a full recruitment role, so if that’s what you’ve done before none of the following should come as a surprise –

  • Creating talent pools
  • Taking briefs with hiring managers
  • Working closely with HR on succession planning
  • Writing engaging adverts
  • Proactively sourcing passive candidates using networking, LinkedIn and others
  • Screening candidates and providing an exceptional experience regardless of application status
  • Offer guidance and support to hiring managers on appropriate assessment tools (interviews, presentations, psychometrics etc.)
  • Manage 3rd party supplier relationships
