Sourcing and Research Specialist

Sutton Coldfield | Up to £35k |

Does Xray mean more to you than a medical device or one of Superman’s powers? Does market mapping mean more than the location of the local fruit ‘n’ veg emporium? Are you bored of the usual job boards?

If so, you could be reading your future.

We’re looking for a sourcing and research; someone who can support us sourcing for day to day roles as well as working on executive search.

You’ll work closely with all of our Project Managers as well as the Executive Search team, to ensure we’re finding the best talent for our clients. These roles could be as diverse as Cyber Security Specialist in Wealth Management, an Engineering Manager in an Iron Foundry, to Financial Controllers in a Tech Start-up.

Using job boards should be second nature and Boolean should be like breathing. Xray searching is where you’ll stand out. If there’s any other neat tricks that we’re not aware of you can consider that a feather in your cap.

You shouldn’t be afraid of picking up the phone, whether that’s to candidates to clients, part of your research will require some cold-calling.

About us

You’ll be joining a pretty decent bunch of folks, there are strong opinions and we don‘t always agree but we’re always trying to do the best thing for the candidate and the client. Those strong opinions stretch to our film and music tastes and our idea of a relaxing weekend (good book, karate, running chest deep in mud).

We were founded in 2010 with a simple aim: to help clients get the right people into their businesses. Since then, we've become known for creative people solutions that link hiring and HR with strategy. Central to everything we do is 'do it properly, do it well.' Recruitment and HR can be thankless tasks, but we love it - someone has to! - and everyone at Quarsh makes it their business to get the best results possible for our clients.
