About the role
We need your drive and motivation, something we know is inherent in a good recruiter, and your restless determination to do the right thing, something that you might feel stands you apart from your colleagues. In exchange we can give you the skills to influence to develop into an excellent Recruiter. To start with, you'll work under the wing of one of our Recruitment Business Partners, helping them source for candidates that suit our clients. You'll get to develop your existing skills, within a team of Recruiters who always find ways to do the right thing for our clients, and support each other with ideas and our experience. You'll also work alongside our founders, who insist on hiring colleagues who are accountable, motivated and clever. Your role will then develop into talking to our clients, finding candidates and filling roles - everyone here at Quarsh does that to a greater or lesser degree.
This is a pretty critical role to get right for us. Every client we work with matters.
