We have secured 15 hires for Syzygy in 6 months across a range of roles including; junior project managers, senior project managers and a finance director. This has increased the company headcount by 50%. The hiring sources utilised include referrals, Indeed and a LinkedIn strategy run by the team at Quarsh. Of the 38 candidates shared with Syzygy 35 were selected for interview. The average time to hire is 16 days.
